    I recently had some vegan "spare ribs" at a barbecue restaurant. They were made from seitan. I'm not typically one to go for the fake meats like that, but these were SO GOOD.

    Well, as a college student I'm all about convenience, and I have to say that So Delicious's GF Cookies and Cream Almond Milk ice cream has my heart (and money....). SO DELICIOUS IS DAMN RIGHT!

    I have an absolutely amazing recipe for creamed spinach or kale that tastes exactly like the "real" thing. I also recently made Chloe's Coscarelli's vegan eggplant Parmesan, and it was so good even my cheese-loving mother loved it and said she couldn't tell it was vegan!

    I recently veganized my toffee recipe using the vegan butter recipe from veganbaking dot net and coconut sugar instead of conventional refined white sugar. It came out even better than I expected!

    Honestly, the chocolate peanut butter cheezecake I made for my dad's birthday (your recipe by the way Kathy!) was an amazing hit! We made the crust with peanut butter Newman O cookies! He LOVED it! Everyone did! ;D

    I made Isa's Maple Pecan Pie (recipe on the Post Punk Kitchen blog) for Thanksgiving. My "horrified that I'm vegan" omnivorous family ALL said it was the best pecan pie they ever had!

    That is such a tough question! I'd have to say NadaMoo's coconut milk ice cream has really changed things for me. My favorite thing pre-veganism was ice cream so once I found this one I've never looked back!
