First off, wanted to say that I liked the descriptions you gave of the items in the giveaway. I will be helping my mother with our meal, which is not all veggie based, but of the veggie-type items we usually have are mashed potatoes, a winter fruit salad, beans (or a bean casserole) and whatever other veggies grew well this year. Then of course there is the pies, cookies and other goodies. My family is large, so there is usually a variety of choices when it comes to the goodies 🙂

For Christmas we are traveling home for the holidays to a very non-vegan Christmas dinner.. so we will be stopping by Whole Foods/Trader Joe's once we land to grab potatoes (for vegan mashed potatoes), a Field Roast "turkey", cheese for a cheese platter (thanks to you guys), ingredients for a vegan version of these peanut butter bars that his family makes, and whatever veggie looks best at the time!
