To me, "wellness" can be summed up as being a mind + body + spirit approach to life. But did you know that there are actually six dimensions of wellness?..

Wellness. The six sections include:

  • physical (health, nutrition, fitness)
  • emotional (feelings, reactions)
  • social (relationships, community, friendship)
  • occupational (career, skills, financial)
  • intellectual (creativity, curiosity, education, mental challenge)
  • spiritual (meaning, values, personal growth, reflection).
